Thelma Irene Hamilton
August 16, 1931 – November 3, 2017
Thelma Irene Hamilton was born on August 16, 1931, in Fresno, California, to Toy & Ruby (Kranz) Reeves. She passed away in Holdenville, Oklahoma on Friday, November 3, 2017, at the age of 86 years.

Irene lived in California for many years, and made her home in Oklahoma for the past fourteen years. She was a resident of Heritage Village Nursing Home for the past 8-1/2 years. She was a homemaker at heart, and her family was the center of her life. She lived to love her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Holdenville.

She is preceded in death by two sons, Rodney Hamilton and Mike Hamilton; her parents, Toy & Ruby Reeves; one brother, Eugene Reeves, and three sisters: Gladys Dixon, Cletha Langley, and Barbara Wilson.

She is survived by one daughter, Pamela Hagar of Holdenville, and one son, David Hamilton of McAlester; ten grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.

Graveside services will be Thursday, November 9, 2027, 2:00 p.m. at Glory Cemetery south of Holdenville. Rev. Terrance Halsey is the officiating minister. Pallbearers are David ‘Buddy’ Hamilton, Keith Mendoza, Terrance Halsey, Todd Hamilton, Michael J. Hamilton, and Michael L. Hamilton.

Services are under direction of Fisher Funeral Home of Holdenville.
