Eastman Joe Factor, 82 of Seminole passed away on October 27, 2017 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was born on March 2, 1935 in Seminole County, Oklahoma. He graduated from Jones Academy in Eufaula, Oklahoma. He worked for Lucent Technology in Oklahoma City for many years until his retirement. Eastman devoted his life to service of the Lord. He was part of a family gospel singing group that enjoyed traveling around the country singing praises. After his retirement, Eastman started New Life Tabernacle Church where his was minister.
Preceding him in death are his parents, aunt Sara Sewell who loving raised him and his siblings.
Survivors include his wife, Stella of the home, step-daughter Nity Brotherton and step-son Bobby Camp who loving cared for Eastman as their own father. Twelve children Pam, Nanette, Karen, Brenda, Vicki, Mitchell, Glen, Billy, Matt, Mike, Stacy, and Donald, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister Lorene Thorpe as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
Wake service is scheduled for 6:00-8:00PM on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at the Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home Chapel in Holdenville.
Funeral service is scheduled for 1:30pm on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at the Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home in Holdenville. Pastors Dan Factor and Larry Factor will officiate the service. Interment will follow at the Little Cemetery in Little, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home.
